Our Background
Dan Lupo Music started in Southern California when Dan started posting music teacher profiles up online. After getting his first student, he realized the great potential he had to take his years of experience and knowledge and to teach others how to enjoy music.
After moving to San Francisco, he was able to go full time, but the requests kept pouring into his inbox. He proceeded to hire 5 people within half a year to help with the requests. The team ended up teaching in tech company headquarters until covid caused the business to go completely online.
Since the progression out of the pandemic, Dan and the team have started to add teaching at schools and community centers to the people they serve in the Bay. They are excited to keep reaching more people in the Bay Area and online as the music spreads!

2012 - 2015
Florida Atlantic University
Bachelors Degree in music performance, specifying in piano studies. Attaining experience playing with bands, being equipped in music pedagogy, and learning about all aspects of music theory.
2006 - Present
Guitar and Voice
Learned how to play the guitar as well as sing through this period of his life. Singing with multiple bands, created music to release on all major platforms, performing in front of thousands of people.
1996 - Present
Piano
Started taking lessons at 6 years old and continued taking private lessons until he went to college to receive a degree in music.
